Around the globe in ROBINSON R-44
Jennifer Murray is a female pilot from the United States. Murray holds the record for the fastest flight around the world in a ROBINSON R-44 helicopter. She and another pilot began the journey on May 10 in 1997 and finished the journey in 97 days. Murray also became the first woman to make a solo flight around the world, without an autopilot and in the same helicopter when she attempted the journey around the world again in 2000.
