The Czechoslovakian Trainer Aircraft Aero Ae-01
After the First World War the Czechoslovak Air Force was looking for its own aircraft suitable for training its pilots. After being inspired by the aircrafts left from the war by the Austria-Hungary Empire manufacturer Aero created the Aero Ae-01. The aircraft was a biplane with two seats and single engine made by Mercedes. The Ae-01 had its first flight in 1919 and over its service only 35 aircrafts were ever built.
