World War Two Fighter Aircraft Focke-Wulf Fw 190

The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was put into service in 1941 for the German Luftwaffe. The Fw 190 was designed as ground attack aircraft and also as a fighter bomber. The aircraft was powered by the BMW 801 engine which helped carry more ammunition and bombs then the Messerschmitt Bf 109. Manufacturing of the aircraft ended in 1945 at the end of the war and over twenty thousand aircrafts were built.
