In 1961 the F-4E PHANTOM II was introduced itself to the world. The aircraft was developed by the McDonnell Aircraft Corporation for the United States Navy and during the time it was in service, over five thousand Phantoms were built. It was one of the best aircrafts during the Cold War and played a significant role during the Vietnam War. The Phantom also set several record thanks to its incredible speed.
