British Bomber BARRACUDA
The Fairey Barracuda was British bomber which was made between 1941 and 1945 although was introduced to service in 1943. Barracuda was designed as a single engine monoplane bomber, primarily used on aircraft carriers. The aircraft was powered by a single Rolls Royce Merlin engine which allowed it to reach a speed of nearly 400 km/h and carry weight of two tons of cargo and ammunition. Unfortunately no aircraft was preserved and all of them were destroyed even though two and a half thousand aircrafts were built during the war.
