BLEACHING

The triangle indicates whether or not the given product can be bleached. Bleaching is a procedure carried out in an aqueous environment before, during or after washing, requiring the use of bleaching agents, including either chlorine or oxidizing / non-chlorine agents, in order to improve the removal of dirt and stains and/or to improve whiteness. Active chlorine agents (e.g. Savo) or oxidizing/non-chlorine agents contained in universal detergents are used. Oxidative/non-chlorine bleaches include a wide variety of different active and inactive bleaching agents (eg, oxidizing agents).
